The Discipleship Home

A structured six-month residential program focused on Gospel transformation, accountability, employment, financial stability, healthy relationships, and service.

The Discipleship Home covenant describes residents as active participants in the life, responsibilities, relationships, and mission of Next Chapter.

Work

Residents commit to begin full-time employment within the first month as program foundations are completed.

Budget

Residents work with a financial mentor on budgeting, banking, savings, and financial goals.

Faith

Residents attend church, participate in Bible studies, and meet one-on-one with a spiritual mentor.

Community

Residents contribute to the home and participate in volunteer outreach as part of restoring relationships with community.

Structure creates room for change.

The residential environment is designed around consistency, accountability, healthy routines, and long-term goals—not simply temporary housing.
